  • Maintainance of electrical equipments.
  • Stocking of break rooms along with maintaining adequate inventory and ordering of all break room supplies.
  • Maintaining the AHU room and the HVAC units.
  • Conducting regular checks on the sprinkler units and fire detection and extinguishing units.
  • Assisting in other Facilities duties such as moving and setting up office furniture, performing internal employee moves, assisting in planning and execution of new facility.
